Last weekend I was treated to a visit from the San Ramon Howards. We all drove up to Solvang and had lunch at Pea Soup Andersen's. My first time! Finally!
Mmmmm... enjoying some aebleskivers. Look how intent Julia and Brittni are on theirs!
We hung out in Solvang for a few hours and then Brittni and Cyndi headed north to go home and Justin and Julia spent the night at my place. Thanks for the fun visit everyone!

In case you check back Michelle - aebleskivers are a Danish sort of pastry. Very much like a large donut hole, but a little more cake like. We've made them where we fill them with something (jam, applesauce, pudding) or you can drizzle the jam over the top. Yummy!
Char, Solvang is about an hour and a half north of us, above Santa Barbara. It's totally a tourist trap.
